One out of five children and young people in the UK today experience mental health and behavioural difficulties.\u201d\u00a0<\/i>(THE BRITISH MEDICAL ASSOCIATION, 2006)\u00a0<i>Apply the oxygen mask to yourself before assisting your child.\u201d\u00a0<\/i><\/p>\n<p>YOUNG PEOPLE &#8211; We design and facilitate wellbeing sessions.<\/p>\n<p>Our\u00a0mental\u00a0health\u00a0work has\u00a0included:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0The use of Drama to explore emotions \/ situations \/ inference \/ characters \/ solutions<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Workshops \u2013 stress \/ challenging negative thoughts \/ feelings \/ positive wellbeing \/ exam stress<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Mindfulness\u00a0sessions<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0The\u00a0use\u00a0of\u00a0Creative\u00a0arts<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Sessions\u00a0in\u00a0green\u00a0spaces\u00a0\u2013\u00a0field,\u00a0park,\u00a0forest\u00a0areas<\/p>\n<p>CHILDREN &#8211; We provide specialist story-drama programmes for children aged 3-11 years (nursery, reception, years 1 &#8211; 6), within educational and community settings.\u00a0\u00a0 The programmes are designed to support the National<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-498\" style=\"border: 5px solid #cccccc; margin-left: 20px; margin-bottom: 20px;\" src=\"http:\/\/localhost\/wizzleworld-dramaticsv2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/Introduction_Video_Play-300x169.png\" alt=\"Introduction_Video_Play\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Curriculum and are led by qualified teachers, Mindfulness and wellbeing practitioners.<\/p>\n<p>Each session has an element of wellbeing, with activities to help focus young minds and develop powers of concentration and imagination.\u00a0 Throughout, the children will be presented with moral, social and emotional dilemmas as they take on the role of different characters, developing essential life skills through creative expression.<\/p>\n<p>Senses will be stimulated and resources will come alive, as children are taken on a magical adventure of self discovery with our wise and friendly wizard, Mr Wizzle!<\/p>\n<h2>What we offer schools<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Developmental programmes for primary (between 3-6 sessions; each lasting 45-60 minutes) set in different environments, e.g. the jungle, under the sea, enchanted forest; with different characters for the children to identify with, both physically and cognitively.<\/li>\n<li>The use of Drama to explore emotions \/ situations \/ inference \/ characters \/ solution<\/li>\n<li>Workshops \u2013 stress \/ challenging negative thoughts \/ feelings \/ positive wellbeing \/ exam stress<\/li>\n<li>Mindfulness\u00a0sessions<\/li>\n<li>Individual bespoke sessions, focusing on particular issues\/ targets.<\/li>\n<li>Can facilitate small focus groups or whole classes of children \/ young people.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Sessions include&#8230;<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/localhost\/wizzleworld-dramaticsv2\/singing_and_actions_to_mr_wizzles_hello_song\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-493\" style=\"margin-left: 20px;
